Project Overview

Hendon Waterside is located next to the scenic Welsh Harp Reservoir and 421 acres of open green space.
The project is currently in Phase 6 of development where our client Barratt London is building over 2,000 one, two and three-bedroom new homes, including 3 new apartment complexes.
Our scaffolding Division is erecting the scaffolding to allow brickwork and balcony construction
Our Roofing Division whilst our roofing division is installing a range of roofing solutions including eco roofing solutions.
In the Contractor Health and Safety League Table, we have now been in the top 3 contractors for the past 9 months of 2025.

Project Key Challenges

Coordination and communication between the various trades working on the project is a key challenge that needs to be managed carefully.
Daily challenges include issues with deliveries and material handling, especially on windy days when cranes cannot be used.
As a new build project, it means we are able to make sure of our drop trailer and range of vehicles to suit the requirements of the new site.
It is important that the team stick to the schedule to ensure that the loads are ready for crane offloading
