West Kensington, London
Project Overview
● We were approached by our client to work on this project located in West Kensington in order to facilitate a full re-roof, as well as access for other trades to complete work.
● Our Roofing Division installed a brand new PIR Langley system to this residential block, following the removal of the previous roofing system.
● In order to complete this work, our scaffolding division provided access and a bespoke temporary roof design.
Project Key Challenges
● One of the biggest challenges on this particular project was the public interface. As a building with residents and a neighbouring playground, as always, health and safety was a crucial consideration.
● Communication between our team, the client and the residents was absolutely crucial to ensure that everyone understood our movements on a day to day basis, and what safety is in place to prevent accidents and issues.
