Project Overview
- This scaffolding project comprises two temporary roofs to enable our client to make crucial roofing works and brick repairs to these residential blocks.
- The bespoke design of this scaffold was completed in house by our dedicated team of scaffold designers.
Project Key Challenges
- As this building is inhabited by residents, we have made the necessary precautions of erecting guardrails on balconies to ensure no unauthorised access can be made to the scaffold.
- We also take all the necessary steps to ensure any damage to gas flues is prevented, protecting the inhabitants of the building.
- We are also listening to any resident concerns whilst we complete the work alongside our client.
