Project Overview
● Located trackside to the world-renowned Silverstone Circuit, overlooking the famous Copse and Maggotts & Becketts corners
● Brand-new complex consisting of 60 luxury residences
● The project also includes a clubhouse for residents ready for race days.
● We have worked with Axter to install a mixture of single-ply, hot melt, aluminium cappings and green roofing
Project Key Challenges
- ● The team has had to work towards tight deadlines which we have gone above and beyond to achieve.
● We also have had to make several adaptions to allow access to the project on race weekends, notably the 2023 Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend, installing decking on the viewing platform to give racing fans a taste of the views they can experience at the new development.
